The course follows laid back IT Manager David and controlling Marketing Manager Louise as they find out what managing performance really means. Neither gets the best out of their team - until they discover an easy, 5-step process to performance management. Only then do they begin to see real benefits - both to the productivity of their teams and to the output of their joint project.

Set in everyday surroundings, the performers act out realistic situations in a light hearted and entertaining way that will help you recognise some common errors and understand how to correct them. The familiar settings will help you to apply the material to your own workplace.

Before you begin the course, you’ll take a short test to help identify any knowledge gaps. As you work through the course, you’ll be presented with simple exercises to check your learning. At the end there is a 15 question quiz to help sum up what you have learned.
